Job summary

The Club at Starr Pass, a Troon-managed property in Tucson, AZ, is hiring a Dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen. You will clean and sanitize dishes, stock wares, and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness to prepare for service.

This position offers healthcare benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) and a 401(k) with employer match. Regular attendance and reliability are expected as part of a team in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping and mopping.
• Empties kitchen trash and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes and kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.
