Responsibilities

• Clean all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans quickly and thoroughly.
• Operate the dish machine safely and effectively.
• Keep the dish area and kitchen clean and organized.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and organization as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment.
