Responsibilities

• Move constantly throughout the kitchen to support the team.
• Operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools.
• Communicate effectively with FOH and BOH staff.
• Support team members including leadership.
• Close the dish station per closing procedures.
• Run dishes through an industrial dishwasher promptly.
• Ensure machines and chemicals are used safely and tested.
• Keep dishware, counters, and floors clean and sanitized.
• Assist with prep and line needs as required.
• Receive, organize, and store stock properly.
• Maintain organized walk-in coolers and dried goods areas.
• Keep a positive attitude during shifts.
