Responsibilities

• Safely operates kitchen equipment and handles all glassware carefully.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and dish areas, floors and drains.
• Assists with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters.
