Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members.
• Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not required.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Work days, nights and/or weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishware, flatware and glassware.
• Keeps immediate supervisor promptly informed of problems and takes corrective action.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains.
• Assists other kitchen staff during peak times.
• Maintains a favorable working relationship with team members to promote morale and efficiency.
