Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly and able to smile with high energy during shifts.
• Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required.
• Previous kitchen or hotel/restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware.
• Safely and correctly operate kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dish areas, floors and drains.
• Sort and store dishware and flattenware to prevent loss or breakage.
• Assist with line maintenance, prep, and banquet items as directed.
