Responsibilities

• Washing and sanitizing all utensils, cutting boards, bowls and other tools.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing station.
• Assisting with cleaning duties including trash removal, sweeping and mopping.
• Assisting with food prep when instructed by management.
• Ensuring storage areas stay clean and organized.
• Keeping walls, drains, ceilings and floors sanitary at all times.
