Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other kitchen items.
• Hand wash delicate or oversized items when needed.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized; replenish supplies.
• Assist with banquet events and basic food prep as needed.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and safety trainings.
