Job summary

The Kitchen Bistro in Boulder is looking for a high-energy Dishwasher to maintain the organization and cleanliness of the dish area and assist with additional kitchen duties as needed. This role supports a friendly team and contributes to a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere in a modern, rustic setting.

Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour plus service fee, with full-time benefits and opportunities to grow within The Kitchen group.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant settings preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong cleanliness and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of dishes and glassware.
• Wash, sanitize, and organize wares, dishes, silverware.
• Restock kitchen supplies; notify management when running low.
• Assist with opening/closing and prep work.
• Communicate with the Chef/Manager about kitchen issues.
• Support the team to maintain efficient restaurant operations.
