Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square is conveniently located near Lumen Field for football and soccer games, and less than half a mile from T-Mobile Park for baseball. Union Station is just a block east, providing easy access to attractions like the International District, the Space Needle, and Pike Place Market. Our property features 282 suites and over 14,000 square feet of meeting space across 10 rooms. This entry-level position offers room for growth and opportunity.

Our busy culinary team is seeking a Dishwasher/Steward. The role requires a flexible schedule with the ability to work varied shifts and days based on business needs. Previous dishwashing or related experience is helpful.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a dishwashing role and be available including weekends and holidays. Hotel experience is a plus.

What will I be doing?

• Operating the dishwasher to clean all dishes and utensils used in kitchens, restaurants, and banquets.
• Scrubbing pots and re-stocking supplies in assigned areas.
• Performing general kitchen cleaning, including mopping floors and removing trash.
• Washing dishes and utensils, and restocking clean items.
• Maintaining proper food storage and rotating stock.
• Removing trash to the dumpster on the loading dock.

The starting hourly rate is $24.33. After 90 days, it increases to $27.43, based on experience and location.

What are we looking for?

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some work experience in the field or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to obtain any required government licenses or certificates.
• Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance according to uniform guidelines.
