Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support the culinary team in our Bread Basket dining experience. You will wash dishes, pots and pans, and help maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.

You will interact with residents during meals and support timely food service while following our dishwashing procedures and rotation schedules. A Food Handlers Card is required or obtainable, with opportunities for growth and daily pay benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Demonstrates ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Shows strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Communicates clearly, both written and verbally.
• Exhibits good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickford’s dishwashing procedures.
• Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain kitchen and dining areas to meet cleanliness standards.
• Serve food timely using Bickford’s process.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience.
