Bickford Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our culinary team in delivering a restaurant-style dining experience for residents. You will follow our dishwashing procedures, assist with kitchen cleaning, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to obtain a Food Handler's Card if needed, with opportunities to grow within a caring, community-focused organization.

Qualifications

• A Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy kitchen.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickford’s dishwashing procedure.
• Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain kitchen and dining room to meet regulatory requirements and Bickford’s expectations for cleanliness.
• Serve food timely utilizing Bickford’s process.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience.
