Job summary

Remington Hotels in Logan, UT is seeking a reliable dishwasher to support our culinary team. You will operate the dish machine, wash ware in the proper rack, and help keep the kitchen clean and organized during shifts.

This position pays $12 an hour and may require nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll join a team dedicated to delivering great experiences for our Guests and maintaining a safe, efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Use established guidelines to correctly utilize and maintain dish machine; wash glasses and dishes in standard dish rack.
• Wash pots and pans only in the pot washer's area.
• Ensure that all cleaning is performed to keep the kitchen neat and clean at all times; sweep up broken glass/dishes and mop spills.
• Empty full and heavy trash cans; spray and sanitize after each use; place new trash bags in the container.
• Follow all MSDS protocols and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties in other areas of Kitchen, including assisting with plating banquet events when needed.

What you will be doing

• Ensure that all cleaning is performed that is required to keep the kitchen neat and clean at all times; this includes sweeping up broken glass/dishes and mopping up any spills.
• Empty full and heavy trash cans. Make sure they are sprayed and sanitized after each use. Place new trash bags in the container after each cleaning.
• Follow all MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) protocols, as well as Safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties in other areas of Kitchen as assigned, including assisting with plating banquet events when needed.

Pay

• $12 an hour
