Role Purpose

To provide Guests and Team Members with clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Provide Guests and Team Members with clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware, and equipment.
2. Ensure dishes and cookware are sanitized and available as needed.
3. Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine.
4. Clean and sanitize service area and kitchen throughout shift.
5. Complete assigned prep work and beautification duties.
6. Troubleshoot dishwasher machine malfunctions.
7. Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action.
8. Perform all duties in a timely and effective manner according to company policies to achieve overall objectives.
9. Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with all team members.
10. Provide a favorable image of TGI Friday's to promote its aims and objectives.
