Cascade Living Group is hiring a Dishwasher (Dining Services Associate) at Mt. Bachelor Assisted Living and Memory Care in Bend, Oregon. You will join a team that serves residents nutritious meals and maintains a clean, safe kitchen environment every day.

We offer full-time positions with day and swing shifts and require weekend availability. Wage range is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience washing dishes or similar roles in fast-paced environments (e.g., cafeteria, restaurant, or care setting).
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and team members.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to learn quickly and operate various kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, wash dishes, clean floors, take out trash, and stock refrigerators.
• Properly distribute and store food.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Work in a team environment where communication is key.
