Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking a Dishwasher/Cleaner for Turfway Park Racing & Gaming in Northern Kentucky. The role involves maintaining a clean kitchen, washing and sorting dishes, and supporting the dish stations and cleaning duties throughout the shift.

A Racing License is required, and candidates may be asked to assist with related food service tasks as needed. This position offers an on-site work environment at Turfway Park.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes.
• Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
• Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
• Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
• Changes water of machines as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions.
• Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries.
• Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
• Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.
• Any other duties requested by management as needed.

Education
