Qualifications

• Must be able to stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs several times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Washes and sanitizes plateware, glassware, and utensils according to policy.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen area during shift.
• Supports opening/closing duties and prep tasks as assigned.
• Prepares and maintains dish machine at various times of the day.
