Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, sanitizes, and stores dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintains clean and sanitary dish rooms, kitchens, and service areas.
• Cleans floors, removes trash, and disposes of recyclables.
• Assists with receiving and organizing food and supplies to support kitchen operations.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and health regulations; report issues to supervisors.
• Collaborates with culinary and Dining Services teams and supports events and meals.
• Attends departmental meetings and maintains professional appearance as required.
