Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume, full-service culinary environment.
• Basic awareness of food safety standards.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a pristine kitchen environment by upholding sanitation and organization standards across the dish station and back-of-house spaces.
• Thoroughly clean plateware, glassware, silverware, cookware and utensils to support flawless service.
• Build foundational knowledge of RH’s menu items and ingredients to support kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to assist with daily food prep, inventory organization and other cleaning tasks.
