Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain clean dishes and kitchen efficiency. You will clean dishes, utensils, and equipment, ensuring a sanitary processing area and proper storage.

Responsibilities include cleaning, organizing, inventory monitoring, and assisting the kitchen team. Candidates should be 18+ with a Food Handler certification and prior dishwasher experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic understanding of sanitation and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand. Ensure all items are clean, sanitized, and properly stored.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, counters, and equipment.
• Dispose of trash and waste in proper containers. Regularly empty garbage bins and clean garbage cans.
• Monitor levels of dishwashing supplies such as soap and sanitizers. Notify the Kitchen Manager when supplies are low.
• Ensure the dishwasher is operating correctly. Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the Kitchen Manager.
• Assist kitchen staff with tasks such as food prep and cleaning as needed. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of chemicals. Use personal protective equipment as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
