Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Dishwasher at Oakmont of Orange to maintain a clean and organized dish area, ensure proper sanitation, and support dining services for residents. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and respectful resident interactions within a senior living environment.

Responsibilities include prepping the dish area, transporting and washing dishes, and assisting with kitchen breakdowns while maintaining compliance with health standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
• Vaccination and safety protocols may be required, including PPE usage to prevent disease spread.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room/area prior to meal service.
• Transport all dishes to the kitchen after meals and return clean dishes to storage.
• Break down kitchen areas and perform sanitation cleanup of dish room, kitchen, dining areas, and drains.
• Respond to resident concerns and complaints professionally and with care.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
