Qualifications

• Duties require maintaining clean dishes, kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and sanitation standards.
• Willingness to work in shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM where applicable.
• Ability to load/unload supplies and move equipment as needed.
• Team collaboration to ensure efficient dish room operations.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse dishes and load into dishwashing equipment.
• Wash pots, pans and trays and ensure cleanliness.
• Polish silverware using specified equipment as required.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and safe; comply with safety rules.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and clean prep areas.
• Clean tables, walls, refrigerators and other surfaces.
• Transport supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with loading/unloading and other duties as assigned.
