Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; maintains complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using burnishing methods; maintains cleanliness standards.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area orderly and sanitary; sweeps and mops kitchen floors as required.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading/unloading.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
