Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring for dishwashing positions at Cedar City, UT. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available, with days and hours varying. Prior dishwashing experience is preferred and on-site applications are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses racks or a conveyor to the dishwasher.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and maintains sanitation.
• Polishes silver and maintains cleanliness of equipment.
• Maintains safety procedures and proper chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area clean and orderly and adheres to safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors and handles waste disposal.
• Moves supplies between storage and work areas; assists with unloading.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
