Responsibilities

• Scrape and pre-rinse food from dirty dishes and load them into the dishwasher.
• Wash pots and pans either by hand or using the dishwasher.
• Dispose of trash and garbage in the designated dumpster area.
• Clean work area tables, walls, and floors.
• Ensure guest tables and areas are cleaned to sanitation standards.
• May assist with some Prep Cook duties as trained.
