• Capability to stand for up to 8 hours and carry objects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plateware, and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Scrape and pre-rinse food from dirty dishes and load them into the dishwasher.
• Wash pots and pans either by hand or using the dishwasher.
• Dispose of trash and garbage in the designated dumpster area.
• Ensure guest tables and areas are cleaned according to sanitation standards.
