Qualifications

• Capacity to stand for up to 8 hours and carry objects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean condition.
• Scrape and pre-rinse food from dirty dishes and load them into the dishwasher.
• Wash pots and pans using hand or dishwasher methods.
• Dispose of trash and garbage in the designated areas.
• Clean work area tables, walls, and floors.
• Ensure guest tables are cleaned to sanitation standards.
• Assist with some Prep Cook duties as assigned.
