Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months to one year dishwashing and/or Busser experience preferred.
• Good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills.
• Able to interact professionally with Customers and Team Members.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good judgment and decision making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, smallwares, and glassware according to standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, sanitary work area.
• Set and maintain tables as needed.
• Maintain Oyster Tags, Crawfish, and make Peel & Eat Shrimp buckets; shuck oysters.
• Assist Host, support Servers, and help with restroom cleanliness.
