Fish City Grill is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining area on site in Edmond, OK. You will be responsible for washing dishes, loading and running the dish machine, and supporting bussing and table maintenance throughout shifts.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of dishwashing or busser experience, basic reading/writing, and good communication. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced setting and be reliable in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year minimum dishwashing and/or Busser experience preferred.
• Good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills.
• Able to interact professionally with Customers and Team Members.

Responsabilités

• Clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in a safe, sanitary area.
• Operate and maintain dish machine and chemicals per guidelines.
• Shuck oysters and manage oyster tags as required.
• Assist with bussing and pre-bussing; reset tables promptly.
• Help maintain back dock, grease trap, and dumpster area.
• Support Hosts and Servers to ensure fast, friendly service.
