Piggy's Restaurant is looking for a full-time or part-time / Holiday or weekend staff.

Positions available:

• Dishwasher
• Bus person

Dishwasher Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate the industrial dishwasher and carry loads up to 25 lbs.
• Work in a hot, humid environment and on your feet for 8-hour shifts.
• Follow sanitation policies at all times.
• Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately.
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles.

Note: During the slow season, we combine the dishwasher and busser roles, which have different pay rates with tips.

Busser Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist staff to create a positive dining experience, such as greeting customers, answering questions, and alerting servers when needed.
• Remove tableware to prevent overcrowding.
• Clear tables of dirty utensils and dishes, and clean surfaces for next guests.
• Ensure availability of clean dishes, utensils, glasses, straws, and napkins.
• Help dishwashers by sorting and organizing used tableware.
• Deliver food and assist with refills during peak times.
• Clean spills in kitchen and dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms.
