You will support kitchen operations and assist dining services as needed, contributing to a safe, organized environment for resident meals.

Responsibilities include operating dish machines, logging sanitation data, and helping with storage and rotation of supplies.

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
