Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Dishwasher | Bob's Steak & Chop House at Barton Creek Resort & Spa. We are proud to be ranked among the best resorts in Texas, including Top 5 Resorts in the Southwest (Condé Nast Traveler) and Top 5 Resorts in Texas (Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards 2024).

Since opening in Dallas in 1993, Bob’s Steak & Chop House has become synonymous with quality steakhouse experiences. With locations nationwide, we offer the best cuts of meat.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware promptly and carefully for proper machine cleaning. Wash all ware and store appropriately. Keep dish machine clean and stocked.
• De-tarnish and polish silverware.
• Clean kettles, skillets, pots, and pans for cooks.
• Follow attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Transport and clean utensils and service ware for staff and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas and equipment.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Remove trash and garbage, and clean trash cans.
• Sort and process cardboard boxes.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand.
• Scrape and wash dishes, using racks or conveyor dishwashers.
• Understand OSHA regulations.
• Rotate and store stock properly.
• Maintain personal hygiene.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
