Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes #34 is seeking a part-time Dishwasher and Bakery Assistant. The role offers flexible hours with schedules from 9am–2pm, 11am–4pm, or 1pm–6pm, Monday–Friday, and no late nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Understand written and oral directions and health and safety rules.
• Able to perform repetitive physical tasks and stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Diligent, organized, and self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Wash all dishes and keep walls, floors, shelves and surfaces clean.
• Assist Baker and Froster with daily tasks and support other departments as needed.
• Clean refrigerators, fold boxes, empty trash and take to dumpster.
• Perform other general cleaning duties as required.

Nothing Bundt Cakes Nothing Bundt Cakes #34 is hiring a part time Dishwasher and Bakery Assistant!

Part time dishwashers will be scheduled 15-25 hours per week Monday-Friday. Multiple shift options available for part time hours, 9am - 2pm, 11am to 4pm, 1pm to 6pm. No late nights or weekends.

Just Cake!! We only bake cake and we only have 4 sizes which means we only have a few types of pans.

Hours and days are flexible. *Pay range is based on experience.*

Job Duties include but not limited to

• Washing all dishes, keeping all walls, floors, shelves and surfaces clean
• Assisting Baker and Froster with daily tasks and assisting other departments as needed
• Cleaning refrigerators, folding boxes, emptying trash and taking to dumpster
• Other general cleaning

**This position requires good physical stamina, as you will be active and on your feet several hours at a time. **

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Is able to understand written and oral directions, interpret instructional documents such as operating procedures and health and safety rules, and apply knowledge to perform job responsibilities.
• Has the ability to perform repetitious, physical tasks that require the strength to lift items of moderate to heavyweight (as much as 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time.
• Can evaluate processes, information, and surroundings to determine compliance with standards.
• Possesses the discipline and attention to detail to strictly adhere to health and safety practices and work environment standards.
• Is diligent, organized and self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:

• While no formal education or work experience is required, previous experience as a Dishwasher or in another operational support role at a bakery, restaurant or foodservice environment is a plus.
