Job summary

TPC Harding Park is seeking a General Utility/Dishwasher to support the Food & Beverage team in a prestigious San Francisco golf resort. The role focuses on washing dishes, maintaining sanitary kitchen areas, and assisting cooks as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Join a team-oriented setting with shifts as needed, contributing to safe food handling and timely service during events and daily operations. A high school diploma is required; prior kitchen experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in kitchen, back-of-house areas, and employee spaces.
• Empty trash and manage waste in accordance with recycling protocols.
• Keep floors and equipment clean to prevent slips and hazards.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to ensure adequate supply for Food & Beverage operations.
• Assist cooks and Executive Chef as needed with food preparation and buffet setups.
