Job summary

Harvest of Aledo is looking for a Kitchen Utility Worker to join our team. We provide training and encourage growth; no prior restaurant experience required, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring proper storage of raw and leftover foods
• Complete daily and scheduled cleaning duties
• Ensure that all food storage and work areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner
• Dispose of food and waste in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Review menus prior to preparation of food and inspect all plates
• Establish food service production lines to ensure meals are timely prepared
• Other duties as assigned
