Job summary

Civitas Senior Living in Sachse, TX is seeking a Kitchen Utility Worker to support our dining services. No restaurant or food experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and a positive, growth-minded team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring proper storage of raw and leftover foods
• Complete daily and scheduled cleaning duties
• Ensure that all food storage and work areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner
• Dispose of food and waste in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Review menus prior to preparation of food and inspect all plates
• Establish food service production lines to ensure meals are timely prepared
• Other duties as assigned
