Job summary

Civitas Senior Living, Arabella of Longview, Longview, TX, is seeking a Kitchen Utility Worker to help keep our community kitchen clean, organized, and safe while supporting meal preparation and service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring proper storage of raw and leftover foods
• Complete daily and scheduled cleaning duties
• Ensure that all food storage and work areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner
• Dispose of food and waste in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Review menus prior to preparation of food and inspect all plates
• Establish food service production lines to ensure meals are timely prepared
• Other duties as assigned

While having experience is a plus, it is not required. All we ask is that you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and continue growing. We can train everything else!
