Job Duties

UWM is seeking a Dishwasher to provide oversight for the setup and maintenance of the dishroom and dining room as well as related tasks to ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation requirements, rules and regulations. This position works closely with students, student managers, and limited term employees.

Availability / Schedule

Weekend and evening availability required with a flexible but tentative schedule of Monday - Friday 12:00pm-8:30pm.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Operates a dishwashing station and associated equipment (40%)
• Assists student employees and provides training as needed (40%)
• Cleans, inspects, and maintains equipment and work areas to ensure adherence to safe food quality, handling, and sanitation processes and procedures (10%)
• Shelves and organizes (stockroom, warehouse) inventory (5%)
• Moves and maintains equipment and furniture for dining events (5%)

Required Qualifications
