Job summary

Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services is hiring immediately for full time and part time dishwasher positions in Green Bay, WI. The position entails maintaining dishes, pots, and pans in a sanitary condition and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrape, rinse and wash dishes by hand or use dishwashing machine as appropriate.
• Wash pots, pans and trays according to procedures.
• Polish silver using available equipment and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Clean work surfaces, walls, refrigerators and other food prep areas.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Overview

We are hiring immediately for full time and part time dishwasher positions.

Location: 2420 Nicolet Drive, Green Bay, WI 54311. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule

Full time and part time schedules; days and hours may vary. AM and PM shifts. Rotating weekends. More details upon interview.

Compensation

Pay Range: $14.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrape, rinse and wash dishes by hand or use dishwashing machine as appropriate; ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans and trays according to procedures; ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using available equipment and procedures; ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and standards; manage temperatures and chemical levels as outlined.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards; sweep and mop floors as required.
• Clean work surfaces, walls, refrigerators and other food prep areas; remove and manage trash.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas; assist with loading and unloading as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
