Job summary

The Aspenwood Company is actively hiring full-time Dishwasher/Utility Workers for The Doliver of Tanglewood, an Independent Living, Assisted Living with Memory Care Community. If you take pride in cleanliness and teamwork, you could be a great fit for our dining services.

Responsibilities include operating the dish machine, maintaining sanitary kitchens, and supporting overall kitchen functions. Weekend/holiday availability is required; a $250 sign-on bonus is offered along with a robust

Qualifications

• Ability to work in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop; stand for long periods; safely lift up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift.
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Must be able to work holidays.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine efficiently.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any issues.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to ensure adequate clean items for dining room and kitchen.
• Clean food prep and production areas as required.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management or leadership to support kitchen operations.

Must be available on weekends and holidays.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine efficiently.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical issues immediately.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to ensure adequate levels of clean items for the dining room and kitchen.
• Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management or leadership to support the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop; work in a standing position for long periods; and safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift.
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Must be able to work holidays.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
