Iron Cactus in Austin, TX is seeking a dedicated full-time dishwasher to keep our kitchen clean and sanitary, ensuring guest satisfaction. You will support the dining team by washing dishes, stocking supplies, and maintaining a safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Set up work stations including dish machine and server dump station
• Set up 3 sink area
• Ensure all mops and mop buckets are clean
• Ensure sufficient clean bus tubs for bussers
• Inventory detergents, degreasers, and cleaning equipment, restocking, notifying KM when stock is low
• Wash all equipment, dishes, utensils
• Place silverware and dishes in the area for the Bussers
• Replace kitchenware in the proper kitchen storage areas
• Clean and replace bus tubs
• Spray down and clean dishwasher after use
• Turn off dishwasher
• Set up bleach water (hot) for mopping kitchen and walk-in
• Mop kitchen and walk-in
• Clean and bleach all drains
• Clean all mops and buckets after use
