Job summary

Remington Hospitality in Yountville, CA is seeking a diligent kitchen staff member focused on dishwashing and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. You will operate the dish machine, wash glasses and dishes, and ensure proper area sanitation.

Responsibilities include handling pots and pans in the correct area, sweeping, mopping, managing trash, and following MSDS safety guidelines while supporting banquet plating as needed.

• Ensure that all cleaning is performed that is required to keep the kitchen neat and clean at all times; this includes sweeping up broken glass/dishes and mopping up any spills.
• Empty full and heavy trash cans; spray and sanitize after each use and place new trash bags in the container after cleaning.
• Follow all MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) protocols, as well as Safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties in other areas of Kitchen as assigned, including assisting with plating banquet events when needed.
