Job summary

Port Ludlow Resort in Washington seeks a part-time dishwasher to keep dishes and the kitchen area spotless. You will deep clean regularly, support kitchen staff, and ensure full stock and organization while upholding the resort's mission and values.

You must be 16+, hold a food handler permit or obtain one, and demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and flexible weekend/holiday availability. The role offers hourly pay and resort-discount benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, flatware, and other cooking utensils, place them in racks and send through the dish machine.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand.
• Sort and stack clean dishes.
• Transport and stock dishware, flatware and glasses to all necessary areas and ensure areas remain fully stocked.
• Monitor the dish machine.
• Sweep and mop floors, and clean mats and drains.
• Empty and wash garbage cans.
• Assist in buffet set up, replenish condiments and dishware.
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen throughout the shift and at the end of shift.
• Provide support to the kitchen team and change tasks as needed.
• Other duties as requested and assigned by your manager.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As the dishwasher, you are responsible for ensuring the dishes and kitchen area are clean and organized.
