Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Dishwasher to join our team! You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by cleaning cooking utensils and service ware, maintaining clean work areas, and assisting with restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Wash pots, pans, trays, and polish silverware
• Segregate and dispose of trash properly
• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and surfaces
• Transport supplies and restock tools and supplies for the next shift
• Maintain cleanliness of floors and pick up room service/bar trays
• Keep temperature logs and organize walk-in coolers/freezers
• Bus tables and assist line cooks with food prep, storage, and dating

Qualifications:

• Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred
• Skilled with hand tools or machines needed for the position
