Job summary

Lawrence Healthcare in Walnut Ridge, AR is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain sanitation of dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and dishwashing equipment in a hospital setting. The role supports tray line operations and ensures compliance with CMS sanitation requirements.

The position involves stocking the dry storage area, rotating and labeling products, and keeping the 3-compartment sink log current. A high school diploma or equivalent and basic arithmetic skills are preferred.

Job Objective/Summary:The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining sanitation of dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and dishwashing equipment. This position ensures that dishwashing procedures meet CMS food safety and sanitation requirements. Assists on tray line at meal times including: activating the bases, dipping food up in bowls, pulling carts and general tray line assistance. Is responsible for the dry storage area for truck deliveries stocking, rotating, labeling, dating products. Assists with dish room between meals. Responsible for 3 compartments sink documentation log. Daily cleaning schedule assignments. Adheres to all policies and procedures for both hospital and LHHR. Wears proper uniform while on duty.

Job Educations, Licenses/Certifications, Knowledge & Experience:A high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must have the ability to read, write, take verbal instruction and perform basic arithmetic.
