Job Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing all dishes in the restaurant to health and safety standards.
• Organizing dishes so they are easy for all employees to locate.
• Prioritizing high‑need items and cleaning them in a timely manner throughout the day.
• Ensuring a clean, organized, and timely supply of dishes to support the customer experience.
• Occasionally performing prep work in the kitchen when requested; prep opportunities may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications & Qualities

• Excellent customer service, strong communication, and time management skills.
• Problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, accountability, reliability, sense of humor, and a cool head under pressure.
• Genuine kindness and caring nature.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
