Job summary

Ottine Mineral Springs LLC is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to keep the kitchen clean and safe in a busy resort setting. The role requires standing for long shifts and handling heavy loads, with a focus on sanitation and organization throughout the dish pit and storage areas.

Candidates should be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and bring a reliable work ethic. CPR/first aid knowledge or willingness to be trained is a plus, with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• CPR and first aid certification a plus and/or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to walk or stand and move about the resort for eight or more hours per day, sit, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb stairs, push and pull items weighing up to 75 pounds.
• The position requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures, and the capacity to communicate effectively and professionally.
• The person in this position will need to be comfortable working in an indoor/outdoor use space.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand.
• Ensure all items are properly sanitized and stored in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish pit, kitchen, and storage areas.
• Remove trash and recycling regularly and keep waste areas clean.
• Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment, floors, drains, and surfaces.
• Restock clean dishes and supplies for kitchen staff.
• Support kitchen team with basic tasks as needed (e.g. unloading deliveries, light prep).
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

POSITION:

DISHWASHER The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, dishes, and work areas. This role is essential to keeping kitchen operations running smoothly by ensuring all cookware, utensils, and service items are cleaned, organized, and ready for use.

This position requires some nights, weekends,and holidays.

This individual may be required to carry out additional tasks and duties as needed or as directed.
