Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living at Guilderland in New York is seeking a part-time dishwasher with weekend availability. The role includes promoting a restaurant-style dining atmosphere and ensuring a clean, safe kitchen, while following infection control and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.
• Strictly adhere to PSL procedures regarding infection control, foodborne illness prevention, harmful chemical handling, fire, safety, sanitization, promptly reporting any transgression to supervisor.
• Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with PSL policy and procedures.
• Maintain dish room area in a neat, clean, and sanitary manner.
