Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a Dishwasher to support our hotel operations in the United States. The role involves cleaning and operating the dishwashing area, washing all china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other kitchen items, and keeping the kitchen and banquet areas organized.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, unloading shipments, and ensuring proper temperature readings for sanitization. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Aware of safety procedures within the kitchen area.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cleanliness of the dish washing machine.
• Wash china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other items used in the restaurant, kitchen, and banquet department.
• Breakdown of all boxes and emptying trash containers into the dumpster.
• Clean walls in kitchen as appropriate.
• Clean floor mats, sweeps, and mops entire kitchen floor daily.
• Assist in the cleaning of ovens and refrigerators regularly.
• Ensure that the dish machine is reading at the appropriate temperature to ensure proper sanitization of dishes.
• Ensure that the floor is kept dry and free of debris at all times.
• Assist with unloading shipments, dating items, and putting items away.

Current pay for this position is $16.00 per hour!

Physical Requirements For This Position

This can be a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

Travel Requirements

This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
