Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dishwashing area.

You will be responsible for washing all dishware, ensuring sanitization, and supporting overall kitchen operations in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stock items on shelves above eye level.
• Standing for extended periods is required.
• Awareness of safety procedures in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation and cleanliness of the dish washing machine.
• Wash china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
• Break down boxes and empty trash into dumpster.
• Clean walls and kitchen floors daily.
• Assist in cleaning ovens and refrigerators.
• Ensure dish machine maintains proper sanitization temperatures.
• Assist with unloading shipments and organizing items.

Pay for this position is currently $16.00 per hour!

We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Dishwasher.

What will you be doing most days?

• Be responsible for the operation and cleanliness of the dish washing machine
• Be responsible for washing of all china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other items used in the restaurant, kitchen, and banquet department
• Breakdown of all boxes and emptying trash containers into the dumpster
• Clean walls in kitchen as appropriate
• Clean floor mats, sweeps, and mops entire kitchen floor daily
• Assist in the cleaning of ovens and refrigerators regularly
• Ensure that the dish machine is reading at the appropriate temperature to ensure proper sanitization of dishes
• Ensure that the floor is kept dry and free of debris at all times
• Assist with unloading shipments, dating items, and putting items away

What are the requirements for this position?

• You are able to move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• You have the ability to stock items on shelves above eye level
• You are able to stand for long periods of time
• You are aware of safety procedures within the kitchen area

Physical Requirements For This Position

This can be a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

Travel Requirements

This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
